Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations

NDLTD makes their library of electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs) available online. NDLTD has over 180 members including U.S. and international universities.

Finding dissertations at or through local libraries

Academic libraries associated with institutions that have doctoral level programs may have dissertations for you to use in the library. A few universities allow their dissertations to be checked out. Contact the academic library directly for information on their specific policies.
